MTDA wins ribbons at HOOT
WOW!!!! You can not image how proud I was of all the ribbons our chapter members won at the Art Show at HOOT.
I dare say our chapter won more ribbons than ANY other chapter. Not bragging but here is the list as I remember, Seasonal – 1st – Joyce B. Portaits – 3rd -Barbara R. Theme – 2nd – Al B. Animals – 3rd – Al B. Teacher – 3rd – Fran M.
I think I have them all, but we had a ton. Congrads to all the members and winners.

Back on Track
Sorry about missing some of the last few weeks. If I told you all that was going on in my real life it would be a Tragedy Comedy, so I will spare you the details, just know that I am trying to get back on track. So I will start our Weekly Projects and helpful hints back up this next Monday and please send me any photos you have they are so much better than listening to me jabber.

Craft Shows are searching us out
Will you please post the dates for our craft fair and let folks know that we are accepting applications for vendors?
All proceeds generated from ticket sales and vendor booth fees are given back to the surrounding community in the form of welfare grants and scholarships to the family members of the military.
The dates are:
Oct 16th 9-5
Oct 17th 12-5
Our attendance averages at 1850 adults

Mystery Day
Mystery Day will be held at Grace Place Church, 4316 Central Pike, Hermitage, TN on August 28th. Cost is $40. It is not too late to sign-up but we need to know before August 9th. No extra attendees after that date.
Bring your regular painting supplies – Brushes, Paper Towels, Water Bucket, etc.
