Ladies,
The Internet is a crazy, technical thing, but when it gets information to you so quickly it can be a blessing. Your cards were waiting for be when I returned from my Dad’s funeral. Words can not tell you how much it meant to me. You always remember those that care when you are low. Art feeds the soul, but friendship warms it.
Thank you,
Jean Parker

I spoke with Debbi Weston this
afternoon and although she sounded a little weak and tired, she is in good
spirits. She is at home after a three week stay in the hospital and isn’t
scheduled to go back to work until the first of the year. This past Monday was
the first day she truly felt that she was going to live and she and her Mother
actually went out shopping today! She will also start chemo soon as a
maintenance measure and hopes to be at our January meeting and able to attend
retreat. She is turning over Ways and Means to Fran Mittelstet in 2012 but
plans to still be very active in the work of the MTDA. Everyone please
continue to keep Debbi in your thoughts and prayers!
